Stream is actively seeking a full-time internal Recruiter to help us grow our Boulder office as well as our US remote employee base. We expect to hire many positions over the upcoming years, and we need an expert to take the lead on developing our recruiting processes, implementing our internal ATS, and ensuring we hire and retain the best talent in the Denver/Boulder area.

Hiring Lead

The position

In this role, you will search for the right candidates to fill our job openings in Boulder as well as our remote and international positions. You will be posting job ads in strategic places, locating interesting candidates, screening them, and getting the top talent excited about the possibility of working at Stream. You will help find roles across all departments. Experience in the IT/SaaS/tech sector will therefore come in very handy!

Depending on recruiting needs, you will also have the opportunity to assist the Head of People with various tasks such as compensation, DEI initiatives, and organizational development. If you are a quick learner who enjoys rolling up your sleeves to ensure any project or task gets done, this is the right role for you.

What you bring to the table

  • You have 5+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the IT sector
  • You have 3+ years of human resources experience, preferably at a startup
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • You have previous experience recruiting for an international company
  • You have experience implementing an ATS (preferably Greenhouse)
  • You are proactive and self-organized
  • You have managed an internship program
  • You are eager to participate and come up with great initiatives
  • You enjoy working in a dynamic startup environment
  • You are able to work independently as well as in a team
  • You know the Denver/Boulder software market, where people go for jobs and how to entice them
