In this role, you will search for the right candidates to fill our job openings in Boulder as well as our remote positions. You will be helping to find roles across all departments. Experience in the IT/SaaS/tech sector will therefore come in very handy!
You will be posting job ads in strategic places, locating interesting candidates, screening them and getting the top talent excited about the possibility of working at Stream. Additionally, you will actively seek out candidates that might thrive in that one amazing position with Stream. You strive to optimize the selection process, you keep in touch with the candidates in the pipeline and, with the help of your experience and your people skills, you are able to assess if someone is both a good skills and a good cultural fit.
You have 2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the IT sector
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
You have a critical mindset
You are proactive and self-organized
You are eager to participate and come up with great initiatives
You can pick up different tasks and learn quickly
You enjoy working in a dynamic startup environment
You are able work independently as well as in a team
You know the Denver/Boulder software market, where people go for jobs and how to entice them
