You'll learn how to navigate moderation queues, interpret harm labels and severity levels, apply actions like flagging, blocking, or banning, and use bulk tools and shortcuts to streamline workflows. This track also covers collaboration best practices, including leaving notes for teammates and escalating complex cases to Admins. By completing this path, you'll be ready to enforce policies fairly, respond quickly to harmful content, and help foster a safe, positive community experience.
