Chat redesign released across iOS, Android, React and React Native

Complete visual and architectural refresh with a redesigned component system (iOS 5.0.0, Android v7.0.0, React v14.0.0, React Native v9.0.0). Flutter shipped its refresh in June.
Android: new StreamDesign design system consolidating StreamColors, StreamTypography and StreamShapes, with a redesigned channel list, message list, composer, attachment picker, reactions, polls, thread list and channel info
React: component renames — MessageInput → MessageComposer, ChannelPreview → ChannelListItem, Modal → GlobalModal — and CSS import paths moved from stream-chat-react/dist/css/v2/* to stream-chat-react/dist/css/* (breaking change)
React Native: new token-based theming system built around primitives, foundations, components and semantics; the v9 line supports React Native's New Architecture exclusively
