# getstream docs

Print the path of a local, up-to-date copy of the Stream docs for one
product and SDK, usually for an agent to read.

An id references a specific product, SDK and version
(`chat-sdk/react/v14`). Without a version (`chat-sdk/react`), it
references the latest major version.

Use the path from this command each time rather than saving it: the copy
is refreshed on access.

```sh
getstream docs <id> [flags]
getstream docs [command]
```

## Examples

```sh
ls $(getstream docs chat-sdk/react)
cat $(getstream docs chat-sdk/react)/INDEX.md
getstream docs list
```

### `getstream docs list`

List the available Stream docs

```

## Global flags
